The purpose of this research document is to propose a logistic management model in pecan-producing Mypes located in the department of Ica, Peru, for this purpose a census was carried out of a total of 18 orchards. This study analyzes the scope of productivity of Peruvian pecans in Ica. The model is presented in two parts: the diagnosis of the pecan-producing Mypes in relation to the logistics process where the existing deficiencies and gaps are shown in comparison with producing countries with greater experience and age in the field; The logistics model proposal is also presented, which is broken down into 3 sub-processes: purchasing sub-process, storage of raw materials and supplies, and storage of finished product. The development of the threads was carried out through process management tools and good logistics practices. Finally, the process is validated both by the judgment of experts, expert logistics professionals, as well as the validation of the users, owners and farmers who facilitated the field study. The main contribution of the research is to propose a model in which the farmer can adopt good practices, use the indicators and procedures proposed to have control of the logistics process and consequently improve productivity.
