In a situation where the market, the population and activities are paralyzed in order to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), various sectors are affected by the measures taken to combat the virus. Production and the way of consumption changes, causing brands to seek new strategies to follow in the lives of their consumers, specifically young people. An active audience in front of its environment. As part of an advertising strategy, storytelling is defined by its capacity for emotional connection with young consumers, being able to convey the purposes and ideas of the campaign in affective tones. However, different consumption scenarios require brands to take more concrete actions in relation to the consumer. At that point, storydoing takes center stage, this strategy consists of taking actions in order to interact directly with the public. Taking into account what has been explained, this research seeks to know the perception of young people between 25 and 30 years of age regarding the storydoing actions carried out by the online platform: Crehana, within the framework of the health crisis in Peru.
