The proposal focuses on a project that possesses the characteristics of bus terminal standards or infrastructures of similar contemporary use, complying with all the norms and requirements established for its authorization and adequate operation. Likewise, the proposal seeks to provide wide spaces of easy visual comprehension, clearly differentiated areas and circulations and in general to emphasize the use of spatial fluidity as a main element supported by the idea of generating sufficient comfort in different spaces that come to be the result of analysis of the flows that intervene in it. On the other hand, the project, being located in an area of great commercial potential, sees the need to integrate other activities that complement and are required according to the physical and functional characteristics of the user and the place. Therefore, as part of the architectural program has been proposed to integrate a commercial hall that has small shops, coffee shops or business establishments similar to it, a business center accompanied by small banking agencies and government offices in which work and complement each other, and finally a hotel that offers all the comforts so that the passenger feels pleasure during their stay inside the building.
