Education in Peru has two major goals: 1. Improve the level of teaching and learning, and 2. Provide quality educational spaces for all. According to the latest PISA ranking (2018), our country is ranked 65 out of 77 countries that participated in the mathematics, language and science tests. Regarding infrastructure (MINEDU, 2013): 15% of schools need to be completely replaced and 56% need structural reinforcement. As a solution to this problem, a new complementary school model is proposed for public schools: The Educational Resources Base Center (CEBRE). That, as its name suggests, in a supply center that provides absences of educational environments and resources that schools around its center present, such as: science laboratories, library, artistic-cultural workshops, technical-productive workshops, multipurpose rooms, public space and furniture. The objective of the project is to ensure the optimization of environments and resources, which is why flexibility is proposed as an architectural emphasis, because it allows the adaptation and / or integration of spaces. The environments must be flexible and adaptable in time according to: the users, the activity or activities carried out, and the schedules. The mission of this project is to provide the largest number of quality learning spaces, tools and equipment; for public schools in need and / or austerity of educational environments. It is intended that students can reinforce what they have learned in class in a didactic, useful and meaningful way.
