This thesis proposes to create an Education Center for children from ages 2 to 12, where architecture is part of learning process; in other words, that the space is not only a container of the educational activities, but it is part of the learning process, promoting and reinforcing it. For this, it seeks to take advantage of the imaginative capacity of children by bringing them closer to learning through space. Therefore, the school proposes various scenarios that encourage the learners to interact and transform the space and its elements, reinterpreting them at will; simulating the learning process, by exercising the student's ability to understand reality through reinterpretation, as proposed by modern pedagogy. Thus, the project works with sensorial elements, the incorporation of nature, transparency, spatial constructivity, the “architectural promenade” and especially the interstices, as meeting areas that, without having a specific function and a pleasant scale, can be easily transformed.
