Electronic commerce has changed the way of doing business in the context generated by COVID-19 in early 2020, making Peruvian micro and small companies (MYPES) opt for it as a new sales medium. Taking into account the increase in the demand for basic necessities and the trend towards the consumption of natural and healthy products, this business plan is proposed for a B2C online sales platform. This will allow the exchange of natural products of guaranteed origin from MYPES in the province of Oxapampa (Pasco, Peru) aimed at people who lead a healthy lifestyle and reside in Metropolitan Lima. To validate the business model, a PESTEL analysis was developed, along with the 5 Forces of Michael Porter, the four variables of the marketing mix and the Business Model Canvas. The data studied belongs to a market survey of 137 consumers of natural products in Metropolitan Lima, and 5 in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs and owners of MYPES producing natural foods in Oxapampa. The differentiation strategy is based on the guarantee of origin offered for the platform's products, as well as on the delivery of detailed information regarding the history of its producers, ingredients and health benefits. The result of the 5-year economic and financial validation shows the profitability of the business plan proposal with an IRR of 171%, WACC of 13.44%, NPV of S /2'584,479.
