Introduction: Starting from a Situational Health Analysis, the intervention project was carried out in the family environment of the health promoter in Magdalena del Mar district between April and June of 2020 in the context of COVID-19. Project description: After the analysis of the people involved, participatory diagnosis and prioritization of the problems, it was determined as a general objective: “Increase the favourable practices to physical and mental health in the members of “Chang Lazo“ family. In addition, two specific objectives were established: increase physical activity within the daily routine and decrease stress levels. Educational sessions, demonstration workshops, schedules for the supervision of active breaks, distracting activities and physical activity were carried out. Progress was recorded through instruments and the use of various virtual platforms such as: Survey Monkey, Genially and others. Results: Average physical activity varied from 30 minutes a day and 2 days a week to 52 minutes a day and 4 days a week. A decrease in stress levels (SEAS) was observed, obtaining a minimum of 17 points and a maximum of 24 points. Conclusion: The analysed indicators showed positive results, reaching 100% efficiency in the objectives. It is relevant because physical and mental health are important for the correct development in activities that compromise work or study.
