Abstract: El presente proyecto propone la construcción de una infraestructura cultural, hospitalaria y turística, que conformarían un Complejo eco turístico ubicado en la ciudad de Paracas.
La infraestructura cultural consta de un Centro de Interpretación de la biodiversidad marina de Paracas destinado a la promoción del cuidado y conservación de la misma.
La infraestructura hospitalaria comprende un hotel ecológico el cual propone prolongar la estancia de los visitantes a la zona de Paracas emplazado dentro de un habitad natural que permitirá la contemplación de la naturaleza logrando una conexión del usuario con el paisaje.
Es importante señalar el sistema constructivo del Complejo Eco turístico el cual propone una introducción dentro del ámbito arquitectónico y constructivo de la Guadua, la cual es una especie de bambú que abunda en la zona. Se propone este material como versátil y confiable en la construcción, la idea es promover este sistema constructivo que viene siendo una tendencia a nivel mundial por su carácter eco sostenible y a que además visualmente aporta muchos atributos al diseño sobre todo en áreas naturales como en la que se emplazara el proyecto.
This project proposes making cultural and a hospitality building, which would form an eco-tourism complex located in the city of Paracas. The cultural infrastructure, which is an Interpretation Center, is dedicated to Paracas Marine Biodiversity designed to promote the care and conservation of it. The hospitality infrastructure includes an ecological hotel which proposes to extend the stay of visitors in this area making a connection between the user and the nature. It is important to mention the constructive system of the Eco Tourist Complex this proposes an introduction inside the architectural and the construction of the guadua, which is a species of bamboo that abounds in the area. This material is proposed as versatile and reliable in the construction, the idea is to promote this constructive system that has been a worldwide trend. It’s based on an eco-sustainable construction which make less damaged to the nature. Also this system contribute visually brings many attributes to the design especially in a project located in a natural area like this.
