The objective of the present investigation was to study the relationship between resilience and social skills in a group of 212 students from the central jungle of Junín, with 52% of the men who study from first to fifth grade, with ages between 11 and 20 years. The Resilience Scale for Adolescents of Prado and Del Águila (2000) and the List of Social Skills of Goldstein standardized by Tomás and Lescano (2003). As part of the results, it was found that the dimension of resilience was positively correlated with the dimensions of social skills, specifically high correlations were obtained with the dimensions: skills against stress, communication skills, planning skills, alternative skills to the violence and skills related to feelings. Finally, significant differences were found in planning and communication skills between men and women, and the second group obtained a higher score.
