The present document exposes all the topics necessary for the development of the RH Optimus system for the Human Resources area of an ICT consultant, in order to automate the processes of selection and evaluation of staff performance, and as a solution proposal to the problems detected in the area and processes indicated after the analysis of these, which will be detailed in the section on the theoretical foundations about the management of human resources. The project continues with the proposed solution, with the use of artificial intelligence for the personnel selection process, and the methodology that will be followed for the development with the use of UML notation, as well as the background, the comparison of existing solutions and business modeling, requirements and detail of the use cases of the central core. The central section details the most technical part with the software architecture, the use cases developed as proof of concept, the quality plan and the software tests, the patterns used and the data model. Finally, the project management, the schedule, the work breakdown structure and the acceptance certificates are detailed. The proposed solution is expected to greatly improve the problems detected and serve as a starting point for other developments for the organization.
