The purpose of this research work is to analyze the commercial and relationship factors that influence the consumers purchase decision for buying in “bodegas” of Miraflores district. For this, the marketing mix theory and relationship marketing are used as a business strategy carried out by the “bodeguero“ . Due to the few studies about the subject of study, the type of research used was qualitative and quantitative, which allowed us to obtain more information about this sector. “Bodegueros“ of Miraflores district and an expert who is closely connected with this area were interviewed, by which important information, related to store operations, the relationship between the “bodeguero“ and their clients and the importance of the application of commercial and relationship strategies, was acquired. Additionally, important information was obtained through the application of a customer survey, from whom it was obtained information about the reasons why people decide to buy in “bodegas“ and that the purchase preference in this business is due to the implementation of both types of marketing. In this way, this research work aims to serve as a contribution of knowledge to this sector, by which they improve their offer compared to the modern channel, and in this way analyze if in the long term this channel could be displaced or, in the best case, show that the “bodegas” will not disappear because they are part of the identity of a “neighborhood”.
