The objective of this research work is to develop a business plan whose purpose is to interconnect specialists (personal trainers and physiotherapists) with people looking for a safe and flexible option to initiate or maintain a healthy lifestyle through a digital platform. To this end, commercial, operational and financial aspects have been evaluated, focusing on the Jesús María, Lince, Pueblo Libre, Magdalena, San Miguel, La Molina, Miraflores, San Isidro, San Borja and Surco districts (zones 6 and 7). The Fit4Health business plan has been developed in eight chapters: the need and the business model is presented (Chapter I), the situational analysis (Chapter II) and the market survey (Chapter III) with this it was identified that there is a need that presents a high level of dissatisfaction determining that there is an opportunity to develop a business model that has the characteristics required by the market. It develops the strategic analysis (Chapter IV), the marketing plan (Chapter V), the human resources plan (Chapter VI) that focuses on collaborators and specialists-customers, the operations plan (Chapter VII) based on technology (platform). Finally, the financial plan (Chapter VIII) examines variables and cash flows to assess the profitability of the business. An IRRF of 24.16% supports the validation of our proposal. It is concluded that the business plan is viable both because of the economic and financial cash flows and because it is aligned with the characteristics required by the market.
