This thesis analyzes the impact of labor turnover on the organizational performance of microenterprises in the manufacturing sector of Lima Center. It has been very important to study this topic, because the sector with the highest labor turnover has been manufacturing and, additionally, manufacturing companies are those that have had the strongest economy in recent years. Given that microenterprises in Lima have 95% of the market, it became necessary to know in greater depth the existing relationship of these variables. However, the small and asymmetric information that is available generated the need to develop this paper to have more relevant information. To achieve this, a correlational study was performance, in a sample of 201 companies corresponding to the population. In order to verify the hypotheses, a nonparametric study with the statistical coefficient of Sperman was used. The results have shown that the relationship between voluntary and involuntary labor turnover with organizational performance, both financial and non-financial, have a strong and inversely proportional relationship. These findings are very important for the manufacturing sector and will be a very useful knowledge for micro entrepreneurs in order to improve organizational performance by focusing their efforts to their actual employees, loyalty and implement talent recruitment strategies for their companies. Finally, it will also be very beneficial for the government, which is constantly working with the domestic economy through policies that support the growth of Peruvian entrepreneurs.
