Implementación de herramienta Carta Balance a fin de reducir el trabajo No Contributorio en la ejecución de la construcción del edificio Multifamiliar “Macarena” en el Distrito de Huancayo, Departamento de Junín

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: Implementación de herramienta carta balance a fin de reducir el trabajo no contributorio en la ejecución de la construcción del edificio multifamiliar “Macarena” en el distrito de Huancayo, departamento de Junín, realiza la evaluación, análisis y mejoramiento en la reducción del trabajo no contributorio mediante el uso de carta balance. Esta herramienta forma parte de los recursos pertenecientes a Lean Construction, donde se toman intervalos de tiempo corto cada actividad realizada por los obreros, estas son divididas en trabajo contributorio (TC), trabajo no contributorio (TNC) y trabajo productivo (TP). Se escoge la herramienta carta balance con el fin de mejorar los índices de productividad, controlar y disminuir la cantidad de trabajos no contributorios que están presentes en la ejecución de obra. Además de ello, este sistema nos permite realizar un control y seguimiento a detalle de la obra, nos brinda la facilidad de prevenir futuros riegos y lo mejor de todo, reducir tiempos de holgura. En el presente estudio realizado se ha enfocado en la implementación de carta balance con el fin de reducir trabajos no contributorios en dos cuadrillas: asentado de ladrillos y enchape de cerámicos, ambos han sido analizados en 5 obreros con distintas categorías dos partidas medidas durante cada minuto por un total de noventa minutos. Finalmente, esta herramienta nos demuestra que existen gran cantidad de tiempo ocio o trabajo no contributorio que son tareas innecesarias y actividades que no tienen ningún aporte de ejecución de alguna unidad de construcción.

The present research work entitled: Implementation of the balance letter tool in order to reduce the work did not contribute to the execution of the construction of the multifamily building “Macarena“ in the district of Huancayo, department of Junín, performs the evaluation, analysis and improvement in the reduction of non-contributory work through the use of a balance sheet. This tool is part of the resources belonging to Lean Construction, where short time intervals are taken for each activity carried out by the workers, these are divided into contributory work (TC), non-contributory work (TNC) and productive work (TP). The balance chart tool is chosen in order to improve productivity rates, control and reduce the number of non-contributing jobs that are present in the execution of work. In addition to this, this system allows us to carry out a detailed control and monitoring of the work, it gives us the facility to prevent future risks and best of all, reduce slack times. In the present study carried out, it has focused on the implementation of a balance sheet in order to reduce non-contributory work in two crews: brick laying and ceramic veneer, both have been analyzed in 5 workers with different categories, two items measured during each minute for a total of ninety minutes. Finally, this tool shows us that there is a large amount of leisure time or non-contributory work that are necessary tasks and activities that do not have any execution contribution from any construction unit.
