This research aims to provide a solution to one of the main problems presented by the concrete production company in the city of Piura, which in one of its processes that consists of adding additives to the mixture, is often not detected by the sensors of the concrete. system, generating unexpected parameters and a product that is not the one required by the clients, given that this system uses a flow meter that, according to the reports of the technicians in charge, complies with the technical specification of the mixture. The objective of this research is to propose a new system based on load cells, which uses vessels for the additive that is weighed, which avoids the errors of the current system and guarantees that the finished product has the characteristics required by the client, avoiding large losses. to the enterprise. The weight dosing load cell system was designed, resulting in the technical characteristics required by the company and the guarantee of performing the functions of the process, with installation costs of 96,196 soles. This solution is proposed in the present investigation, having as reference plants of the competition.
