This research is a model of Logistics Management for the company HCM Contratistas Generales SAC. The company HCM Contratistas Generales SAC during the eleven years of experience, has executed various buildings in the region of La Libertad, one has been the construction of Senasa building in Viru, La Libertad. A diagnostic of the bulding process made known to us deficiencies in logistics management; increasing production costs; and later the application of the logistics model in SENATI Chimbote, shows us the savings generated by the application of the management model. For its purpose is a applied research and for the level of knowledge acquired: Descriptive - explanatory. It was made with information obtained in the offices of the company HCM Contratistas Generales SAC and refers to the logistics area of the company, and on the execution of the aforementioned works. The samples analyzed were the reinforced concrete works in the Construction of the SENASA Control Post in Virú, Virú, La Libertad and in the construction of SENATI Chimbote Workshops, Ancash region. The results of the investigation showed us a substantial reduction in losses and waste of inputs by applying the proposed logistics management model. Finally, it was concluded that the application of the proposed management model avoids the loss of inputs, and the reduction of logistics costs; optimizing the resources of the execution of the reinforced concrete works of the buildings in general.
