Gestión por procesos para mejorar la productividad en la empresa Fármacos del Norte

Abstract

La productividad es el principal indicador para las organizaciones, es el resultado de las acciones que se deben ejecutar con eficiencia y eficacia para lograr los objetivos de la empresa y un buen ambiente laboral. Se deben tomar en cuenta también la relación entre los recursos que se invierten para alcanzar los objetivos y los resultados de éstos. Dar la debida importancia a la productividad en una empresa es la clave para obtener crecimiento, ganancias y un recurso humano satisfecho. A fin de buscar una sostenibilidad en el crecimiento de la productividad en la empresa FARMACOS DEL NORTE se desarrolló un estudio riguroso de los procesos que se llevan a cabo en la organización, logrando crear una cultura de gestión que permita identificar rápidamente cualquier desperdicio que no agregue valor al negocio y así poder tomar las decisiones correctas por una lado y tener la certeza que las operaciones claves se desarrollen de una manera estandarizada independientemente de los cambios en el personal y en la infraestructura. En ese sentido, la presente tesis plantea una propuesta para mejorar la productividad gerenciando los procesos, modelos que permitirán a la organización llevar un control y medición de cada uno de ellos, de manera que se puede crear procedimientos que corrijan rápidamente cualquier anomalía que no agregue valor. Se obtuvieron resultados importantes, caracterizados los procesos claves de la organización la gerencia puede dedicarse a emplear los indicadores de proceso para orientar toda la data generada en busca de mejorar la calidad de los servicios y satisfacción de los clientes

Productivity is the main indicator for organizations, it is the result of actions that must be executed efficiently and effectively to achieve the company's objectives and a good work environment. The relationship between the resources invested to achieve the objectives and their results must also be taken into account. Giving due importance to productivity in a company is the key to obtaining growth, profits and a satisfied human resource. In order to seek sustainability in the growth of productivity in the company FARMACOS DEL NORTE, a rigorous study of the processes carried out in the organization was developed, managing to create a management culture that allows to quickly identify any waste that does not add value to the business and thus be able to make the right decisions on the one hand and have the certainty that key operations are developed in a standardized way regardless of changes in personnel and infrastructure. In this sense, this thesis raises a proposal to improve productivity by managing processes, models that will allow the organization to control and measure each of them, so that procedures can be created that quickly correct any anomaly that does not add value. Important results were obtained, characterized the key processes of the organization, the management can dedicate itself to using the process indicators to guide all the data generated in search of improving the quality of services and customer satisfaction
