femenino presente incapacidad funcional fue 2.4 veces (OR = 2.4; C.I =1.2 - 4.7;
p = 0.007).Un tiempo de retraso mayor a 28 días cuadriplica (OR = 4.1; C.I =1.4
probabilidad de presentar incapacidad funcional OR = 8.7; C.I =3.7 - 20.3; p =
0.000).
arterial
To analyze which factors are most associated with functional disability in patients post-hip surgery 6 months after their intervention. Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was carried out with 156 postoperative hip fracture patients from the Hospital de la Amistad Perú Corea Santa Rosa II-2 in the city of Piura. Functional disability was evaluated with the Harris scale. The types of hip surgery evaluated, internal fixation, partial and total arthroplasty. Random probabilistic sampling was used. Results: It was found that 58.3% of the population was female, likewise the type of hip surgery was internal fixation 84.6%. The prevalence of functional disability was 60.3%. The probability that the female sex presents functional disability was 2.4 times (OR = 2.4; CI =1.2 - 4.7; p = 0.007). A delay time greater than 28 days quadruples (OR = 4.1; CI =1.4 - 11.8; p = 0.007).and arterial hypertension increases the probability of presenting functional disability 8.7 times more OR = 8.7; IQ =3.7 - 20.3; p = 0.000). Conclusions: The factors most associated with functional disability were surgery delay time > 28 days, female sex, and high blood pressure
