F.H.M.D.15 = 133 vehículos; además día valle = 1069 vehículos y día pico = 1073
The present investigation took place in the development of the busiest avenues of the boulevard in Chiclayo located in the Lambayeque region. The analysis of the condition of the roads and impacts of the existing project was carried out. The main objective was to carry out the study of the impact generated using the planimetry and complementary investigations to reduce the negative impacts through the analysis of the flows, gauging, circulation, valley and peak days in Chiclayo. The research is of a non-experimental, cross-descriptive type. The population and sample is the avenues: Francisco Bolognesi, Avelino Cáceres and Arenales. The data collection technique will be carried out through instruments such as surveys, files and formats. The problem is the road impact of the Real Plaza shopping center, which presents negative impacts due to factors such as: traffic, public transport, traffic congestion, crowded queues, lack of signage, non- compliance with traffic lights, unwillingness of traffic agents, not being a rigid area , lack of organization of whereabouts and taxis, deterioration of sidewalks and curbs harming the population that comes to the area. The road impact on the aforementioned avenues was evaluated, yielding an average urban diagnosis, with clayey soil, being a commercial infrastructure, with low pedestrian mobility depending on the day, and moderate vehicular accessibility. Public transport was determined through surveys and the vehicles circulate through the avenues under study such as: cars, station wagon, pick up, panel, combi, micro, bus 2E and bus 3E; that when rush hour arrives, it generates an increase in vehicular congestion, generating the road impact on the main Francisco Bolognesi avenue, which is the busiest. The vehicular traffic study was carried out, which resulted in the absolute or total traffic volumes that are maximum on Fridays with a T.P.D.= 314 vehicles and Saturdays with a T.P.D.= 401 vehicles; It has T.P.D.M.= 3817 vehicles, T.P.D.S.= 2231 vehicles, F.H.M.D.15 = 133 vehicles; also valley day = 1069 vehicles and peak day = 1073 vehicles. And finally, the recommendations for mitigation proposals were made
