The general objective of this research is to determine the influence of the bio-enzymatic product TerraZyme as a soil stabilizer for the Road Route N ° LI-100, Progressive km 5 + 031 - km 21 + 256, Chepen District, Chepen Province, La Libertad Region. The main problem of this research is how the bio-enzymatic product TerraZyme will influence the soil stabilizer of the Route N ° LI-100, KP 5 + 031 - KP 21 + 256, District of Chepén, Province of Chepén, Province of Chepén, Department of La Libertad?, having as general objective to determine the influence of the bio-enzymatic product TerraZyme, as soil stabilizer of the Road Route N ° LI-100, KP 5 + 031 - KP 21 + 256, District of Chepén, Province of Chepén, Department of La Libertad. The TerraZyme additive was applied to the samples extracted from the road surface of the road under study, improving the properties of said soil. Ten samples were taken along the road, of which only 3 were taken for their subsequent application of TerraZyme, these samples are C-04, C-06 and C-07, corresponding to the progressive Km 10 + 000 , Km 14 + 000 and Km 16 + 000. To these three samples, TerraZyme was applied in different dosages, 20, 30, 40 and 50 ml / m3. Sample C-04 resulted in a natural CBR of 51.2%, while its optimum CBR is 105.3% with a TerraZyme dosage of 40 ml / m3. Sample C-06 resulted in a natural CBR of 55.5%, while its optimum CBR is 102.4% with a TerraZyme dosage of 40 ml / m3. Sample C-07 resulted in a natural CBR of 46.9%, while its optimum CBR is 110.9% with a TerraZyme dosage of 40 ml / m3. This shows that the application of the bio-enzymatic additive TerraZyme improved the properties of the soil, as is the CBR, observing a clear increase of this with the ideal dosage for this soil of 40 ml / m3.
