Sistema integrado de gestión administrativa y su influencia en las contrataciones de bienes y servicios en la Municipalidad Distrital de Mache, 2021

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, demostrar de qué manera el sistema integrado de gestión administrativa influye en las contrataciones de bienes y servicios en la Municipalidad Distrital de Mache, 2021. Para el desarrollo se aplicó el diseño de muestras relacionadas y de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por el número de órdenes de compras y ordenes de servicio, se emplearon técnicas como el análisis documental y la entrevista e instrumentos como la guía de análisis documental y la guía de entrevista que fue aplicada al jefe de logística de la Entidad. Como resultado de la investigación se confirmó nuestra hipótesis propuesta al determinarse que el SIGA influye en el incremento de la emisión en un número de 30 órdenes de compra y servicio por el importe S/ 661,151.00 lo que demuestra mayor agilidad de los procesos administrativos en la Municipalidad Distrital de Mache, 2021; evidenciando el resultado con la prueba estadística ANOVA donde en el modelo de regresión denominado R cuadrado obtuvo una puntuación de 0.564, lo cual indica que la variable SIGA explica la varianza (influye), en un 56.4% en las contrataciones de bienes y servicios, por lo tanto, al obtener estos resultados se determina que la hipótesis nula sea rechazada para así aceptar la hipótesis alterna; en conclusión, existe una influencia positiva alta entre el sistema integrado de gestión administrativa (SIGA) y las contrataciones de bienes y servicios en la Municipalidad Distrital de Mache.

The main objective of the research was to demonstrate how the integrated administrative management system influences the procurement of goods and services in the District Municipality of Mache, 2021. For the development of the study, a cross sectional and related sample design was applied. The population was constituted by the number of purchase orders and service orders, techniques such as documentary analysis and interview and instruments such as the documentary analysis guide and the interview guide that was applied to the head of logistics of the Entity were used. As a result of the investigation, our proposed hypothesis was confirmed by determining that the SIGA influences the increase in the issuance of 30 purchase and service orders for the amount of S/661,151.00, which demonstrates greater agility of administrative processes in the District Municipality of Mache, 2021; evidencing the result with the ANOVA statistical test where in the regression model called R square obtained a score of 0. 564, which indicates that the SIGA variable explains the variance (influences) 56.4% in the contracting of goods and services, therefore, obtaining these results determines that the null hypothesis is rejected to accept the alternative hypothesis; in conclusion, there is a high positive influence between the integrated administrative management system (SIGA) and the contracting of goods and services in the District Municipality of Mache.
