Incentivos laborales y su influencia en el desempeño de los trabajadores de la Empresa Negocios Anton S.R.L. – Piura, año 2020

Abstract

La investigación parte del estudio de la problemática actual sobre las variables Incentivos laborales y Desempeño laboral en Negocios Anton SRL cuya pregunta de investigación fue ¿influyen los incentivos laborales en el desempeño de los trabajadores de la Empresa Negocios Anton SRL – Piura, año 2020? Y como hipótesis se planteó que los incentivos laborales influyen significativamente en el desempeño de los de los trabajadores de la empresa NEGOCIOS ANTON S.R.L – Piura, año 2020. Para dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigación y la posterior corroboración de la hipótesis se planteó como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de los incentivos laborales en el desempeño de los trabajadores de la empresa: Negocios Anton SRL – Piura, el tipo de investigación fue aplicada y nivel de investigación fue el correlacional causal. Para obtener la información se aplicó la encuesta como técnica de recopilación de datos dirigida a los 56 trabajadores de Negocios Anton SRL. Una vez procesada la información y en base a los resultados obtenidos se concluye que los incentivos si influyen significativamente en el desempeño de los trabajadores de Negocios Anton SRL – Piura, año 2020, dado que la prueba estadística del Chi Cuadrado calculado X2Calc= 79.855 fue mayor al Chi Cuadrado tabulado X2Tab= 9.4877, y cuyo nivel de significancia (0.00) es menor a 0,05.

And as a hypothesis, it was proposed that the work incentives significantly influence the performance of the workers of the company NEGOCIOS ANTON SRL - Piura, the year 2020. To obtain the information, the survey was applied as a data collection technique directed at the 56 workers of Negocios Anton SRL. Once the information has been processed and based on the results obtained, it is concluded that the incentives do significantly influence the performance of the workers of Negocios Anton SRL - Piura, the year 2020, since the statistical test of the Chi-Square calculated X2Calc = 79,855 was higher to the Chi-Square tabulated X2Tab = 9.4877, and whose level of significance (0.00) is less than 0,05.
