This research was developed due to the problems that exist in the sanitation systems in our region. That is why the objective is to improve the drinking water supply and sewage system in three locations in the district of Sarín - Sánchez Carrión - La Libertad. For the study of this research, an applied - non experimental, descriptive methodology was used. The instruments used were the questionnaire through surveys and the observation guides for data collection. The population study has been carried out, which determined the benefit of 107 homes. First, a reconnaissance of the area was carried out and then a topographic plan was prepared to locate the homes and know the elevations of the entire area. Then a soil mechanics study was carried out to obtain two laboratory tests: percolation and granulometry, these tests helped us to know the physical and geological characteristics of the study area. I also know carried out the study of the population growth rate with existing methods for a period of 20 years, with the data obtained it was modeled in WATERCAD V8i and the necessary calculations were carried out to analyze them and obtain conclusions for each objective of the study. It was concluded that the localities under study needed an improvement of all hydraulic networks, which were affected by the El Niño phenomenon
