Centro de atención residencial para niñas y adolescentes en estado de violencia en la Región Piura, 2021

Abstract

Los Centros de Atención Residencial están contemplados dentro del Decreto Legislativo N.º 1297, Articulo 59 como medidas de protección provisional, estos centros tienen como finalidad albergar y atender temporalmente a los niños, niñas y adolescentes que sufren algún tipo de vulnerabilidad, dentro de este el menor será atendido brindándole salud, educación, recreación, seguridad y el descanso dentro de la misma residencia. Actualmente, la región Piura es uno de los departamentos con mayor denuncia de maltratos hacia menores, además, los hogares, albergues y aldeas infantiles no han podido coberturar la alta demanda anual existente, aparte de no cumplir con todos los requisitos y servicios para atender adecuadamente a niñas y adolescentes en estado de violencia; por consiguiente, se realizó una investigación descriptiva, teniendo como resultado una propuesta de proyecto viable que es utilizado por el ministerio de mujer en todo el país que tiene como meta elevar la calidad de atención y servicio, aun mas sabiendo que Piura no cuenta con un centro de atención residencial; igualmente reducir la demanda que existe en toda la región Piura.

Residential Care Centres are included in Legislative Decree Nº 1297, Article 59 as temporary protection measures; these centres are intended to house and temporarily care for children, girls and adolescents who suffer some kind of vulnerability, within this the minor will be taken care of by providing health, education, recreation, security and rest within the same residence. Currently, the Piura region is one of the departments with the highest reported number of child abuse cases, and the homes, shelters and children’s villages have not been able to cover the high annual demand, not to comply with all the requirements and services to adequately care for girls and adolescents in a state of violence; therefore, a descriptive research was conducted, resulting in a viable project proposal being used by the Ministry of Women throughout the country that aims to raise the quality of care and service, Even more knowing that Piura does not have a residential care center; also reduce the demand that exists in the entire Piura region
