Determine the factors associated with knowledge about prevention of the main cancers in men in the district of Las Lomas 2022. Materials and methods: Observational, analytical, prospective research, with a sample of 534 men from the District of las Lomas between 40 and 70 years of age. The technique used was the survey and three measurement questionnaires were applied as instruments. Multivariate analysis was used using the SPSS V. 26 program and the non-parametric Chi-square test was used to establish the association between the study variables. For the variables that obtained a significance level of less than 0.05, multinomial logistic regression analysis was applied to evaluate the level of prediction between the dependent variable and the independent variables. Results: The mean age was 55 years. In the knowledge of prostate cancer prevention, the low level dominated with 61.6 %, for colon cancer, 44.4 % was obtained for the low level, while in stomach cancer, the medium level predominated with 43.6 %. An association was found between age, marital status, educational level, occupation and socioeconomic level (Sig. = 0.000). As for cancer history and prevention talks, an association was identified with stomach cancer (Sig. = 0.000), accessibility to health services with colon cancer (Sig. = 0.000), and internet access for the three types of cancer (Sig. = 0.000). Conclusions: It was determined that sociodemographic, socioeconomic factors and cognition about carcinoma history, lectures and access to services were significantly associated with knowledge about prevention of the main cancers in men in the district of Las Lomas 2022.
