Consultora Everis S.A.
lecciones aprendidas y sugerencias.
The purpose of the development of this Professional Sufficiency Report is to publicize the methodology and technology implemented for the construction of a Dashboard for senior management at the American Glass Products (AGP) company in which it belongs to the Optimus S4Hana macro project, which allowed immediate, transparent and easy access to information for decision making. For the preparation, the knowledge obtained during the years of training in the Computer and Systems Engineering career has been used, which has strengthened the work experience and empirical knowledge accumulated over many years. This has allowed the AGP problem to be addressed, analyzed and a practical solution chosen, using a methodology of the SAP Analytics (Everis) division. The report begins with the list of SAP BI / BW / HANA implementation projects with more than five years of experience in the SAP world at Consultant Everis S.A. The following section describes the project objective as its context, locating it within the SAP S / 4 Hana project analysis process and describes the stages in which the author participated. The purpose of the study, the use of SAP Analytics Embedded technology and each phase of the methodology to be implemented, as well as the actors involved, are explained. In the Project development section, the phases of the SAP S / 4 Hana macro project and the location in the phase and time (start and end) of the Analytics process with the implementation schedule and the negotiations with the sponsoring management are described (PCP). In the list of key processes for the Dashboard (Sales and Distribution Management, Production Management and Materials Management) and the schedule for each one as well as their respective indicators and front end. Finally, the lessons learned and suggestions are described
