La gestión del proceso de abastecimiento y su impacto en los indicadores de gestión de la corporación Soriano L&C S.A.C - Trujillo, año 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo: Determinar el impacto de la gestión del proceso de abastecimiento en los indicadores de gestión de la Corporación Soriano L&C SAC – Trujillo, año 2020. El tipo de estudio es el no experimental, el diseño de estudio es aplicada - correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por los 34 colaboradores de la Corporación Soriano L&C SAC, para definir la muestra se usó los mismos datos de la población. Para la recolección de datos de las variables en estudio se usó como técnica la encuesta y cuestionario, los cuales se procesaron a través del software estadístico SPSS V.25. Los resultados son presentados en tablas y figuras estadísticas, donde el resultado fue que la gestión por procesos de abastecimiento tiene una influencia altamente significativa en los indicadores de gestión de la Corporación Soriano L&C SAC, donde se obtuvo que el valor de la chic cuadrado era v=56,039. Siendo este dato mayor al de la tabla x 2 > 12,5916, con un coeficiente de correlación r = 0.858 con nivel de significancia p = 0.000 siendo este menor al 5% (p < 0.05), se concluyó que la gestión del proceso de abastecimiento tiene un impacto positivo en los indicadores de gestión de la Corporación Soriano L&C SAC Trujillo, año 2020.

The objective of this research is to determine the management of the supply process and its impact on the management indicators of the Soriano L&C SAC Corporation - Trujillo, year 2020. The type of study is non-experimental, the study design is applied - correlational. The study population was made up of the 34 employees of the Corporación Soriano L&C SAC, to define the sample the same population data was used. For the data collection of the variables under study, the survey and questionnaire were used as a technique, which were processed through the statistical software SPSS V.25. The results are presented in tables and statistical figures, where the result was that the management by supply processes has a highly significant influence on the management indicators of the Corporación Soriano L&C SAC, where it was obtained that the value of the square chic was v = 56.039. Being this data greater than that of the table x2> 12.5916, with a correlation coefficient r = 0.858 with a level of significance p = 0.000 being this less than 5% (p <0.05), it was concluded that the management of the supply process has a positive impact on the management indicators of the Soriano L&C SAC Trujillo Corporation, year 2020
