In this research, a Business Process Model based on Lean Software Development (LSD) for the monitoring and control process of personnel collection at the company Transportes ECOBUS S.A.C. during the year 2021 is presented, focusing on customer service, specifically the harvesters of the transport units. The proposed model integrates the 7 principles of Lean Software Development, which aim to eliminate waste and improve quality, with the BPM methodology, which focuses on efficient management of business processes. The goal is to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction, with a focus on improving the attention given to the harvesters during the personnel collection process. The current process of monitoring and control of personnel collection was taken as the basis, specifically focusing on customer service, in this case, the harvesters of the transport units of the company Transportes ECOBUS S.A.C. The objective was to identify the main requirements and challenges in this process. Lean Software Development principles were applied to develop the proposed business process model, allowing for monitoring and control of the entire work from the planning stage, construction, to the final delivery of the proposed model. As a result of this implementation, significant improvements were achieved in both time and the number of personnel involved in the existing processes, contributing to greater efficiency and satisfaction in attending to the harvesters of the transport units.
