With the objective of determining the relationship between the level of satisfaction of pregnant women who attend obstetric psychoprophylaxis workshops with parity and attendance at prenatal care. Paiján Health Center. 2022, a descriptive investigation of the relationship was carried out in pregnant women who attended obstetric psychoprophylaxis workshops, which in total were 42, applying the adapted SERVQUAL survey that develops a method to measure and evaluate the quality of the service, based on five dimensions of quality: Tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, security and empathy, through 2 observations expectations (before) and perception (after). Among the results, it was found that the level of satisfaction was 73.3% satisfied in expectations and 69% in perception, with respect to those satisfied according to age those from 31 to 35 years old had 25.6% satisfaction in expectations and in perception those of 21 to 25 years old with 36.5%, and according to the level of education, those with education were satisfied, both in expectations and perception with 77.8% and 67.5% respectively, according to the parity antecedent, the primiparous women with a higher percentage of expectations were satisfied with 76.9 and in perception the great multiparous with 66.6%. It is concluded that there is no relationship between the level of satisfaction of pregnant women who attend obstetric psychoprophylaxis workshops with parity and attendance at prenatal care at the Paiján Health Center during 2022, p > 0.05
