Eficacia del taller educativo “Alerta Azul” para mejorar el nivel de conocimientos de trastornos hipertensivos en gestantes. Hospital El Esfuerzo, Trujillo-2020

Abstract

Los trastornos hipertensivos en gestantes es un tema delicado e importante de tratar, la mayor parte de mujeres en etapa gestacional desconocen la gravedad de estos trastornos si no se tratan a tiempo; por ello, el objetivo general de esta investigación, buscó determinar la eficacia del taller educativo “Alerta Azul” para mejorar el nivel de conocimiento de trastornos hipertensivos en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Distrital El Esfuerzo, Trujillo – 2020; realizando una investigación de tipo básica y diseño pre experimental, aplicando un pre y pos test a 99 gestantes, divididas en cuatro grupos, cada grupo con cuatro sesiones sobre los trastornos hipertensivos en el embarazo. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron una significancia (sig.) de 0.000 siendo menor al 0.05; además, de mostrar una gran diferencia entre los niveles alcanzados entre pre test y pos test, teniendo antes de la aplicación del programa un nivel de conocimiento de trastornos hipertensivos bajo (50.51%) y después del tratamiento, un nivel alto (94.95%). Concluyendo que el taller educativo “Alerta Azul” fue eficaz al mejorar el nivel de conocimiento de trastornos hipertensivos en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Distrital El Esfuerzo, Trujillo – 2020.

Most women in the gestational stage do not know the severity of these disorders if they are not treated in time; Therefore, the general objective, I seek to determine the effectiveness of the educational workshop ““Blue Alert““ to improve the level of knowledge of hypertensive disorders in pregnant women treated at the El Esfuerzo District Hospital, Trujillo - 2020; conducting basic research and pre-experimental design, applying a pre and post test to 99 pregnant women, divided into four groups, each group with four sessions on hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. The results obtained indicated a significance (sig.) Of 0.000 being less than 0.05; In addition, it shows a great difference between the levels achieved between pre-test and post-test, having a low level of knowledge of hypertensive disorders before the application of the program (50.51%) and after treatment, a high level (94.95%). Concluding that the educational workshop ““Blue Alert““ did allow to improve the level of knowledge of hypertensive disorders in pregnant women treated at the El Esfuerzo District Hospital, Trujillo - 2020.
