Nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre bioseguridad en el personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico. Hospital regional. Nuevo Chimbote. 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es de abordaje cuantitativo, se sustenta en el modelo de Orem. Tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud sobre bioseguridad en el personal de enfermería de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Regional de Nuevo Chimbote, 2018. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 22 personales de enfermería; para la recolección de datos se utilizaron como instrumentos el cuestionario de conocimiento y el test de actitud. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron concluir que el 59.1% del personal de enfermería presentó un nivel bueno conocimiento y el 40.9% un nivel regular. Referente a la actitud el 68.2% del personal de enfermería presentaron actitudes adecuadas y el 31.8% una actitud inadecuada. Asimismo, existe relación estadística significativa entre nivel de conocimiento y la actitud sobre bioseguridad [p: 0,005; p <0.05].

The present research work is quantitative, based on the Orem model. Its objective was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude about biosafety in the nursing staff of the Surgical Center of the Regional Hospital of Nuevo Chimbote, 2018. The sample universe consisted of 22 nursing personnel; For the data collection, the knowledge questionnaire and the attitude test were used as instruments.
