The purpose of the current research was to determine the relationship between the newborn's Apgar and the non-stressful Test at the Belén Hospital, Trujillo, 2023. We worked under the methodology of a descriptive level of relationship, not experimental, where clinical records of 240 pregnant women. The findings showed that 74.6% of the newborns had normal Apgar scores for the one-minute Apgar test; in addition, 72.5% of the newborns had normal Apgar scores and 74.6% had normal Apgar scores for the non-reactive non-stressful test and belonged to mothers with non-reactive non-stressful tests. It was also found that 55% of the pregnant women were between 18 and 29 years of age, 52.5% had a high school education, 38.8% were multiparous and 86.3% had a cesarean delivery. In conclusion, the non stressful Test correlates with the indicator obtained from the newborn's Apgar in mothers at the Belen Hospital, Trujillo, 2022, at a significance value of 0.027
