The objective of this research is to develop an access management system for workers on the farms of TAL S.A., which allows for sophisticated access control, generate reports and obtain immediate and detailed information from personnel. This consists of using an RFID reader or radio frequency identification (from the English Radio Frequency Identification), which is the hardware that emits a signal and receives another radio frequency that contains the code of the RFID tag; RFID tags, which will be in the identification photocheck of the workers' personnel; and a computer, which allows to process and store the read codes. This system involves research on currently used RFID systems, the choice of the module to be used (reader and antenna), the development of a program for obtaining codes of the tags from the RFID reader and the design of the integral system through ICONIX and SCRUMBAN. The estates of the company TAL S.A. does not have automated processes applied to access control of workers, this process is done manually, so after the extensive study carried out, a structure and an RFID implementation proposal for the company TAL SA was proposed, in turn they are detailed the necessary steps to follow for an implementation, the advantages and disadvantages of the system are identified, and the associated costs are described.
