This research work was developed in the city of San Pedro de Lloc with the objective of carrying out a seismic vulnerability study and proposals for geotechnical improvement in old buildings. Permits were coordinated with the directors of each institution for the application of the Benedetti-Petrini method in the Main Church of San Pedro de Lloc and Casa Museo Antonio Raimondi, where through surveys it was possible to obtain more information on the current state of both structures. We obtained that the Casa Museo Antonio Raimondi, after the survey, gave us an average of 256.5, which is in the high vulnerability range. The same was done in the Matriz de San Pedro de Lloc Church, which gave us an average of 195, also within the range of high vulnerability, which is vulnerability range, which is from 191.3 to 286.9. For the proposed geological solution, we used information from tests carried out at the José Sevilla Escajadillo School, which provided us with information on the soil profile with the different test pits where it was determined that there were 2 meters of fill layers with silty clay, sandy gravel and also provided us with an important piece of information which was the existence of a stationary water table found at a depth of 3.4 meters. Finally, it was proposed to change the material to granular material such as: sandy gravel, well graded, clean to slightly clayey or granular material such as: sandy gravel, well graded, clean to slightly clayey or silty, and the implementation of a storm drainage system and the implementation of a pluvial drainage system, both are to support the structures in case of rain and not be the structures have a support in case of rain and are not as affected as they are normally as they normally are
