The main objective of the research entitled ““Implementation of the 5''s'' methodology to improve warehouse management in the hardware company ALCA““ was the application of this tool, as a first step in the implementation of continuous improvement, with the intention of improving productivity in the warehouse area of the company ALCA SAC - Trujillo company that belongs to the hardware sector, with the sale of construction materials and household items, taking into account that the management experiences losses of materials and wastage of space. The type of research is applied and made use of the non-experimental - longitudinal design, conducting a survey to all ALCA's staff, to get the involvement and commitment in the work and the subject, an important achievement that ensured the subsequent implementation of the methodology. Information was collected and analyzed through the use of the Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram and ABC analysis to know the problems and current situation in the warehouse, which products require more observation and to know the demand for them in order to focus on their care and improve their management in the warehouse. In addition, a committee was created for the 5 ““s““ tool, headed by the general manager together with those in charge of each area to improve working conditions and improve the useful area of the warehouse. The quantities of orders with delays, orders with errors and the available usable area were taken, obtaining a 21.4% reduction in orders with delays and a 10.1% reduction in orders with errors. The usable area was improved from 136 square meters to 193 square meters, maximizing the usable area by 57 m^2. As a result, a 27% decrease in spaces used unnecessarily was obtained, likewise the clean sections increased by an additional 60%, monthly audits were implemented to maintain constant improvement of the implementation in the organization.
