Las políticas públicas implementadas por el gobierno peruano para combatir la covid19 y los derechos fundamentales a la vida y a la salud

Abstract

El presente informe de tesis tuvo como objetivo general determinar si las políticas públicas implementadas por el Estado peruano para combatir la propagación de laCovid19 influyen en los derechos fundamentales a la vida y a la salud de los ciudadanos peruanos de la provincia de Trujillo durante el año 2021. Es necesario precisar que dicho año (2021) fue un año complicado en muchos aspectos debido a distintos factores, por ejemplo: Covid19, conflictos sociales, investigaciones contra altos cargos políticos y militares, entre otros sucesos que marcaron un futuro incierto. Debido a lo explicado, el año pasado (2021) resultó seruno de los más complicados en cuanto a la recopilación de información física, estodebido al aislamiento que cada persona respetaba (en su gran mayoría) con el afánde contagiarse de la enfermedad de la Covid 19; sin embargo, esta situación no mermó en mi afán por tener una información veraz, reciente y contrastada. No profundizaré en explicar conceptos en esta etapa del informe, aun así lo ideal es ir adelantando un tanto los resultados obtenidos, esto para que tengan una ideade cuáles fueron las herramientas utilizadas y como es que se utilizaron para arribara resultados que reflejan el sentir de la población trujillana. Respecto a los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación, se pudo comprobar que las personas tienen suficiente información sobre la pandemia de laCovid 19, conocen las consecuencias que acarrea el contraer esta enfermedad, nosolo en el tema sanitario, sino en temas laborales, económicos y educativos, asimismo entienden que las medidas implementadas por el gobierno peruano fueron dictadas con una buena intención para evitar cambios drásticos en la vida cotidiana de los ciudadanos. Por último, resulta imperioso comentar que las personas encuestadas tuvieron la mejor predisposición de contribuir con esta investigación a pesar de la realidad sanitaria que se vive a lo largo y ancho del país, ese es un punto que ha de agradecerse ya que permitieron arribar a resultados y conclusiones reveladoras.

The general objective of this thesis report was to determine if the public policies implemented by the Peruvian State to combat the spread of Covid19 influence the fundamental rights to life and health of Peruvian citizens in the province of Trujillo during the year 2021. It is necessary to point out that said year (2021) was a complicated year in many aspects due to different factors, for example: Covid19, social conflicts, investigationsagainst high-ranking political and military officials, among other events that markedan uncertain future. Due to what has been explained, last year (2021) turned out tobe one of the most complicated in terms of collecting physical information, due to the isolation that each person respected (for the most part) with the desire to catchthe disease. the Covid 19; however, this situation did not diminish my desire to havetruthful, recent and contrasted information. I will not delve into explaining concepts at this stage of the report, even so the ideal is to advance the results obtained a little, this so that they have an idea of what thetools were used and how they were used to arrive at results that reflect the feeling of the Trujillo population. Regarding the results obtained in the present investigation, it was verified that people have enough information about the Covid 19 pandemic, they know the consequences of contracting this disease, not only in health matters, but also in labor, economic issues. and educational, they also understand that the measures implemented by the Peruvian government were dictated with good intentions to avoid drastic changes in the daily lives of citizens. Finally, it is imperative to comment that the people surveyed had the best predisposition to contribute to this research despite the health reality that exists throughout the country, that is a point that must be appreciated since they allowed us to arrive at results. and revealing conclusions.
