La autorregulación mediática de la dignidad humana en el Perú

Abstract

El trabajo titulado ‘’LA AUTORREGULACIÓN MEDIÁTICA DE LA DIGNIDAD HUMANA EN EL PERÚ’’, el cual va ser expuesto a continuación, tiene como finalidad la explicación de la falta de atención judicial a los casos donde se presuma o se evidencie la vulneración hacia la dignidad humana ocasionada por los diversos medios de comunicación ya sea en la televisión, radio o en redes sociales. Así mismo se pretende aportar al cumplimiento legal-normativo mediante el análisis crítico, del mismo modo la revisión jurisprudencial resulta ser carácter imperativo para el desarrollo del tema, pues tomando en cuenta los antecedentes existentes, del mismo modo se tomará en cuenta los criterios aplicables para la resolución de conflictos donde la honra y dignidad se haya visto afectada

The study entitled ''THE MEDIA SELF-REGULATION OF HUMAN DIGNITY IN PERU'', which will be exposed below, aims to explain the lack of judicial attention to cases where it is presumed or evidenced the violation of human dignity caused by the various media either on television, radio or social networks. Likewise, it is intended to contribute to the legal-normative compliance through critical analysis, in the same way the jurisprudential review is imperative for the development of the topic, because taking into account the existing background, in the same way the applicable criteria for the resolution of conflicts where honor and dignity have been affected will be taken into account
