The purpose of this research is to apply the queuing theory model to improve the productivity of the attention area of the Seyso Talara-Piura Clinic, which will optimize the time of attention and eliminate unproductive time due to the services provided through this entity. The project belongs to the type of applied research, with a descriptive research level and a pre-experimental research design level. A series of techniques and tools are used, such as time recording, file analysis, and finally the study of time in the care process as the main one. The current productivity of the company was calculated in terms of its 4 types of service provided by the entity, with a result of 113.6 visits per 100 available minutes and as an average attention time of service 1 - general consultation with 00:10:21, service 2 - laboratory with 00:06:42, service 3 - internal medicine and finally service 4 - various services with 00:08:54, then the arrival time was determined with values for general consultation of 00:06:34, laboratory has an average value of 00:07:30, internal medicine has an average value of 00:05:49 and various services has an average value of 00:05:49, as well as waiting times have results with a value for General consultation of 00:07:08, laboratory has an average value of 00:07:59, internal medicine has an average value of 00:06:28 and miscellaneous services has an average value of 00:06:04. A model was established with random numbers ranging from 0-100, in addition it is indicated that it was worked based on window 6 with a total of 3078 visits during the investigation period, with this it was possible to find the optical number of 5 advisers who are necessary to cover such demand efficiently, in addition to reducing unproductive time by 93% with results of 225: 54: 18 during the 6 months of study, the remainder is justified in refreshments and any incident during care. The application of the model tends to improve productivity by 16.67% with respect to the current situation, finally with the application of this model a saving of S /. 141,196.33 in an annual projection
