This research work aims to implement the PMBOK Guide 6th edition 2017 because this edition focuses on construction processes, while the current edition primarily focuses on the company itself rather than the specific tasks to be developed in the works. Therefore, the sixth edition will be used to strengthen schedule management, costs, and quality in the improvement project of the Llacuabamba stadium in Pataz The project involves the construction of 2 stands with 3 floors each, with a total height of 15.07 meters from the foundation. The first level includes an office, a medical room, a warehouse, restrooms, dressing rooms, a multipurpose room, a dining area, a cleaning storage area, a pump room, switchboard rooms, and an electrical substation. The second level features an entertainment room, a museum, a store, and restrooms. The third level consists of a lighting booth, a control booth, and switchboard rooms. This project is located in the district of Parcoy, in the city of Llacuabamba, and aims to improve schedule management, costs, and quality throughout the initiation, planning, execution, control, monitoring, and closing phases of the project for the improvement of the Llacuabamba stadium in Pataz. In quality management, the Pareto diagram is applied to identify various common defects in material usage. Additionally, formats will be presented to improve quality standards. The Ishikawa diagram is used to determine the causes of waste. In terms of cost management, a project budget is implemented, and then the Risk Simulator program is used to calculate the cost of contingencies that can be controlled and monitored using cost baselines. XVI Regarding schedule management, the project schedule has been developed using the Risk Simulator program to determine contingency time, and this is controlled using time baselines. The scope of this work successfully achieved the set objectives and demonstrated the interest of both parties involved in the Llacuabamba Stadium Improvement Project in Pataz. Additionally, quantitative data is presented to demonstrate how the PMBOK Guide improves the three fundamental pillars of construction: quality, cost, and project time.
