The present thesis deals with the analysis of productivity for rock fracturing with expansive cement and speed breaker; proposing these methods will identify the efficiency in its execution procedure. The methodology of our research is applied and descriptive, where the productivity was described and analyzed based on its cost, schedule and risk; this thanks to management mechanisms considered in the PMBOK (6th edition) and developing the BIM methodology in 4D. The slope modeling was carried out using BIM software, obtaining the necessary data for the preparation of the budget. Subsequently, we developed the time projection according to 4D BIM, for both methods of rock fracturing. Finally, we managed and identified the risks by method. As a result, we obtained that, for the use of speed breaker it will be necessary to enable six platforms, which will be divided into four sections. For which, a total of 138 days were projected for its execution, with an investment of S/2,867,154.92 and with an average risk of 25.5%, referring to a medium incidence risk. On the other hand, for the expansive cement in the rock fracture, there is a total of 204 days for its execution, with an investment of S/4,082,717.29, of which an average risk of 28% was also obtained, referring to a medium incidence risk. Finally, we will conclude that the speed breaker is the most cost-effective option based on its cost, schedule and time, demonstrating its efficiency for our project.
