The present project is proposed starting from the academic improvement in the students who study the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade of the secondary level, giving it a very high level educational quality for which it will have the name of “Colegio De Alto Rendimiento para Alumnos de 3°, 4° Y 5° Grado de Secundaria de La Región Piura“; (High Performance School for Students of 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade of Secondary School of La Region Piura). This leads to the formulation of proposals that are born from an emerging student population in the city of Piura. There is a wide bibliography that supports the need to promote differentiated educational contexts for students with High Performance, that helps them to deal with and understand their difference, that validates and values them for it and that offers them real possibilities to develop their potential. High Performance students require special education because they learn differently. Their learning style is different in terms of speed, complexity, ability to relate, as they learn and understand at higher speed, and are able to generate relationships between content and concepts faster, deeper and more complex than their classmates. Bearing in mind that this type of equipment already has a whole series of regulations and basic requirements, a building with greater complexity was projected, adding certain complementary activities, which led to the development of a complex equipment bringing together different educational disciplines, both pedagogical, cultural and sports, architecturally embodying it in the functional, formal and technological aspects, resulting in a complex and staggered volumetry covering all the needs of a student with high educational performance, managing open spaces and environments, always thinking about the comfort and comfort of the student and the users who would occupy the establishment.
