This research aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal relationships and labor productivity of the workers of construction company A&A S.A.C. in the city of Trujillo; the problem was approached as follows: What is the relationship between interpersonal relationships and labor productivity of the workers of construction company A&A S.A.C., Trujillo - 2020?. His hypothesis was whether there is a high degree of relationship and significance between interpersonal relationships and labor productivity of the workers of the construction company A&A S.A.C. Trujillo - 2020. For this, the non-experimental correlational design was used because its purpose is to measure the degree of relationship between two variables, being a non-probabilistic sampling, with a population of 30 workers, and a sample of 30 workers found in the worksheet of construction company A&A SAC from the city of Trujillo. The survey was used as a technique and as an instrument the questionnaire for each of the variables, statistically validated with a Crombach Alpha of 0.752 and 0.835 for each one, being highly reliable for its application. The results of the research allowed to conclude that there is a relationship between both variables both in productivity with a low level and interpersonal relationships with a regular level of 46.7%; with a correlation of 0.241 at a value of p = 0.020 at a significance level of 5%.
