The operational audit is considered one of the most essential and indispensable audits of the company's operations since it helps in the management process and even helps in reviewing the results and multiple impacts to make the correct decisions for the well-being of the company. organization. The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship that exists between operational auditing and corporate risk management in the company Haray S.A.C. of the city of Trujillo – 2022. The methodology used was applied, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, with a descriptive – correlational scope. The technique was the interview and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results showed that the level of operational audit is bad (40%). The level of corporate risk management is regular (46.67%). It was determined that the dimensions administrative evaluation, management system and internal control are negatively and significantly related to corporate risk management in the company Haray SAC of the city of Trujillo, 2022 (Rho Spearman: -0.885, -0.796 and -0.817 respectively and Sig. value 0.000). The main conclusion is that the operational audit is negatively and significantly related to corporate risk management in the Haray SAC company in the city of Trujillo, 2022 (Rho: -0.925; Sig.: 0.000), accepting the research hypothesis. Therefore, if operational auditing is improved, corporate risks will decrease
