The present thesis consists of the repair of four confined masonry walls at a reduced scale 1 / 2.5, tested at monotonic lateral load static test that consisted of the application of lateral loads controlling their displacement by phases of 1 mm per phase until reaching 1 cm , thesis of (Johnny Rondo Torres, 2018) leaving as a result four walls that failed due to cuts and failures in their structure. This is divided into three parts: In the first part I present the compilation of results of the 4 original walls, wall M1-M1´, M2- M2´ also describes how the walls behaved for each phase, to make it easier to compare the results with the repaired walls. In the second part we develop everything about the repair of the walls, with two types of techniques, the first consists of making a gutter-like cut in the wall horizontally, and then placing a reinforcement, which in this case are reinforced polymer rods With fiberglass (GFRP), the second technique consists of casing the wall with an electro-welded mesh, securing it to the wall by means of perforations perpendicular to its plane to pass wire between them and tie the meshes that will go on the two sides of the wall, then the wall was patterned as tarrageo. All this process would be done at the facilities of the engineer Rondo Torres, a skilled hand employee with experience in masonry. Finally, in the third part we will test the repaired walls using the same test method, the displacement will be controlled by phases as they were done in the original walls, in order to make a correct comparison of results.
