To determine if there is an association between the quality of care in the telemedicine service and the degree of patient satisfaction in Hospital II-1 Moyobamba. Material and methods: An analytical, cross-sectional study was carried out in which 126 patients attended by the telemedicine service were included, according to selection criteria which were divided according to satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the care, the chi square and the prevalence ratio statistician. Results: The average age and the frequency of higher education were significantly higher in the group of patients with satisfaction with telemedicine care, the frequency of patients treated in the Telemedicine Service according to quality of care was: adequate (78%) or inadequate (22%); the frequency of patients treated in the Telemedicine Service according to degree of satisfaction was: satisfaction (78%) or dissatisfaction (22%). There is an association between quality of care in the telemedicine service and degree of patient satisfaction with a prevalence ratio of 6.86 which was significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: There is an association between the quality of care in the telemedicine service and the degree of patient satisfaction in Hospital II-1 Moyobamba.
