The objective of this work is to implement a datamart as a Rest service in the cloud of Microsoft Azure using the Larissa Moss Methodology to improve the presentation and analysis of the data in the commercialization and sales area of the “Orbitum” company dedicated to the commercialization of technological products such as computers, notebooks, similar accessories and technical support. As results, the needs, the clear and precise requirements were satisfactorily identified; the dimensional database and the application prototype (ETL) was designed and built, a datamart was developed and implemented as a REST service in the Microsoft Azure cloud using Larissa Moss methodology, which allowed the display of the data, the preparation of reports, an improvement in the presentation and analysis of data, and a support for decision making; improving response times and accuracy in the data analysis of the marketing and sales area of the company “Orbitum”. The sample consisted of the reports of the sales area, which was selected through a nonprobabilistic sampling for convenience. The data were obtained in an observation sheet and a record sheet, which were emptied into an Excel database to be processed with SPSS version 23 and subsequently to an array; being necessary to make certain variants in this methodology, with the purpose that fits with the reality of this project.
