To compare data on stillbirths that occurred before the pandemic with those that occurred during the pandemic to determine the impact that COVID-19 and the subsequent lockdown have had on the incidence of stillbirths, their associated causes, and modifiable factors. Material and methods: A retrospective, analytical, and observational cohort study was carried out. Based on secondary analysis of data generated by the HRDT Perinatal Computer System; 3160 pregnant women who attended their delivery in said hospital between January 2020 and December 2022 entered the study, of which 1056 pregnant women were diagnosed with Covid-19 and 2104 pregnant women didn´t present this infection. Were excluded 36 medical records for product less than 500 gr, 11 medical records of pregnant women diagnosed with HIV and 21 medical records for pneumonia. Results: a higher incidence of stillbirths was observed in pregnant women with COVID 19 infection (2,9%) compared to the incidence of stillbirths in pregnant women without COVID 19 infection (1,8%). (p<0.05) The variables associated with Covid-19 are obesity, RPM, birth route, pyelonephritis and preeclampsia. (p<0.05)
