This report tries to make known that all Facebook users or Internet users at present are not interested in carefully scrutinizing the content on the privacy and coexistence policies and conditions of said Social Network and, therefore, how it is perceived to daily, it is possible to observe hacks of accounts and very offensive or degrading insults; as well as publications against the privacy and honor of people. In this way, it can be stated that there is a constant and exponential abusive exercise of freedom of expression against the right to privacy in the Facebook Social Network (Peru) through the non-consensual publication of comments, images, vines, photos, states, screen of third parties regarding unsuspecting or innocent users. For the rest, these rules and conditions are drafted in such a way as to render users defenseless in the event of a future legal conflict. This excess cannot be controlled by either the Network or the States through traditional laws; it is unconsciously and rapidly leading society towards a situation of anarchy or debauchery of expression; or, rather, towards a new way of conceiving privacy and expression; hence, the intrusive acceptance of expression in the very core of intimacy and its consequent weakening. Therefore, in view of the fair respect of the relationships of coexistence in the new virtual society; that one –parallel to the real world- must find initial and last foundation in the general principles of law such as good faith, good customs, morality and public order. Thus, some countries, with due respect for free expression in the virtual world, are creating ““certain limits““ quasi-adjacent to prior censorship through artificial intelligence mechanisms in order to reliably guarantee respect for the right to privacy and other very personal rights, which have been abused abusively, resignedly, constantly and indiscriminately.
