Hospital tipo II-E para el distrito de Ayabaca

Abstract

Ayabaca, ubicado al Nor-oeste del departamento de Piura, limitando frontera con Ecuador, es uno de los distritos con mayor expectativa de desarrollo económico y turístico, debido a su importante ubicación, a la estrecha relación con el país vecino de Ecuador y proveedor de materia prima hacia el departamento y hacia el exterior del país. Esta investigación data de un estudio y planteamiento de una infraestructura hospitalaria en el lugar, dado que no cuenta con los ambientes necesarios para abastecer los casos de morbilidad y mortalidad más complejos derivados de los pueblos aledaños, pues es la única infraestructura más cercana de mayor complejidad (centro de salud tipo I-4) que cubre todo el distrito y los casos más graves están a más de 6 horas para solucionarse, en el hospital de Sullana, siendo un medio inadecuado que no cumple con las normatividad mínima de radio de influencia. Se tiene como objetivo principal elaborar un proyecto arquitectónico que brinde un mejor desarrollo a nivel funcional, ambiental y formal para la población. Para llegar a la solución se desarrollará en 3 partes. La primera parte da un alcance sobre el análisis de la problemática existente del lugar, se estudia a la población actual y proyectada según grupos sociales, edad, etc. y se aplica indicadores de medición a la infraestructura que ofrece el distrito. También se basa en estudios hechos en documentos técnicos creados por el Ministerio de Salud. Con ello, se determina cuál es el déficit que hay y cuál es la proyección de infraestructura que se debe aplicar. Y en la segunda parte se hace un análisis del terreno, características ambientales, la ubicación y el contexto mediato e inmediato, para poder sacar provecho de estas características y plantear el diseño del hospital II-Estratégico que pueda integrarse con la ciudad, según los requerimientos del previo análisis.

Ayabaca, located in the north-west of the department of Piura, on the border with Ecuador, is one of the districts with the greatest expectations for economic and tourist development, due to its important location, its close relationship with the neighbouring country of Ecuador and supplier of raw materials to the department and to the rest of the country. This investigation dates from a study and proposal of a hospital infrastructure in the place, since it does not have the necessary environments to supply the most complex cases of morbidity and mortality derived from the surrounding towns, since it is the only nearest infrastructure of greater complexity (health centre type I-4) that covers the whole district and the most serious cases are more than 6 hours away to be solved, in the hospital of Sullana, being an inadequate means that does not comply with the minimum normativity of radius of influence. The main objective is to elaborate an architectural project that provides a better functional, environmental and formal development for the population. In order to reach the solution, it will be developed in 3 parts. The first part gives a scope on the analysis of the existing problems of the place, the current and projected population is studied according to social groups, age, etc. and measurement indicators are applied to the infrastructure offered by the district. It is also based on studies made in technical documents created by the Ministry of Health. With this, it is determined what the deficit is and what infrastructure projection should be applied. In the second part, an analysis of the terrain, environmental characteristics, location and the immediate and immediate context is carried out, in order to take advantage of these characteristics and to propose the design of the II-Strategic hospital that can be integrated with the city, according to the requirements of the previous analysis.
