This study is to evaluate the mechanical properties of concrete F'c 210 kg / cm2 using Ico cement and the addition of recycled rubber fibers with different percentages (5%, 10%, 15%), taking as a sample a concrete pattern ( CP). The study proposes to make simple concrete mixtures according to the methodology proposed by the ACI 211 for the compression strengths of 210 kg / cm2. After adapting the dosages, they were prepared individually, according to the analysis of the aggregates and the tests to the concrete in fresh and hardened state: temperature, volumetric unit weight and percentage of air; Subsequently tests were carried out on concrete in hardened state: resistance to compression and flexion at 3, 7, 21 and 28 days of age. Based on the design obtained, we added certain percentages of recycled rubber, with which we seek to improve certain mechanical properties, the selected percentages of rubber addition were the following: 5, 10 and 15% with which we seek to find the percentage of most optimal addition. For simple concrete 210 kg / cm2 the optimum content is 5% of recycled rubber addition achieving resistance of 152.4 kg / cm2 having an age of 7 days. As a result of the compression resistance analysis process, it was possible to know the most optimal one, with the addition of 5% recycled rubber.
